Our founder
Syndelta was founded by Nikos Balamotis, who has built and advised businesses for three decades across three continents. His focus on ultra-luxury hospitality grew from a simple observation: every owner in this space is ambitious, but the truly iconic properties are set apart by their leadership’s willingness to confront operational and commercial reality.
That conviction is the foundation of how Syndelta works today — and the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
