WHO WE ARE
Syndelta is a small senior collective working exclusively in ultra-luxury hospitality. Between us we have advised owners, investors and operators across three continents, in environments where standards are absolute and there is no margin for the ordinary.
We deliberately take on only one or two engagements at a time. That focus, and a genuine skin-in-the-game commitment to each property, is what allows us to operate as true partners rather than passing consultants.
Our work sits at the intersection of three disciplines that rarely live under one roof: the operational rigour to run a property flawlessly, the commercial judgement to make it sustainable, and the creative vision to imagine what does not yet exist.

WHAT we do
We work alongside the people who own, fund and lead luxury properties — from a single iconic resort to an entire concept yet to be built. Our remit spans the full life of a property: imagining it, building it, and ensuring the operation can sustain the promise once the doors open.
Operations management & support
We embed alongside ownership and leadership to elevate day-to-day performance. That means aligning team behaviours with the brand promise, resolving the legacy processes and conflicting agendas that quietly erode the guest experience, and building the leadership courage to make difficult decisions. We act as change catalysts — naming what must change, leading the hard conversations, and realigning the entire operation toward the guest.
Resort research & development
We research, conceive and shepherd new luxury resorts from first idea to opening day. This covers market and site assessment, feasibility, concept and brand definition, design and project coordination, and pre-opening — so that ambition is grounded in commercial reality from the outset and nothing essential is left to chance.
Luxury hospitality concepts
Beyond resorts, we create distinctive hospitality concepts across formats — private retreats, residences, and experiential travel. We design the idea, the guest journey and the operating model together, so the concept is not only beautiful but genuinely deliverable and durable.
